- Manage and ensure the performance of the Supply Chain Department, including Procurement, Warehousing, and Order Fulfillment.
- Develop strategies, plans, and budgets for supply chain activities to meet the company’s growing business demands, ensuring approved plans are effectively implemented.
- Establish streamlined policies, regulations, and processes for supply chain management, aligning with legal requirements and the company’s business strategies.
- Regularly analyze domestic and international market information, competitor insights, and demand trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate close communication between departments, including Sales and Engineering, to analyze order demands and progress, ensuring a synchronized and efficient supply chain.
- Build and lead the Supply Chain team, fostering high-performance motivation.
- Execute other strategic tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Director in a trading company.
- Strong strategic planning and forecasting abilities with a visionary mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Decisive, dynamic, and capable of working under high pressure.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
