* JOB OVERVIEW
The jobholder will help bring in quality candidates with all activities of recruitment process: to source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews and oversee the entire hiring process.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
Candidate sourcing and management
Initial interview all positions
Follow up all the requests to fulfil the vacancies
Use persuasive ability to sell the job (base on key skills) to the applicant, and the applicant to the client
Be involved in salary package negotiation, communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants
Conduct reference checks
Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty
Handle administration and record keeping
Draft and posting job descriptions
Interviewing candidates
Preparing job offers
Admin
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Manage associates and employee documents as needed
Involve in payroll activities if requested.Perform other tasks that assigned.
* REQUIREMENTS
01+ years of professional experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition
Good experience in Outsourcing Services and Mass Recruitment process is a plus
Good English is an advantage
