Job Responsibilities - Handle procedures for obtaining work permits, temporary residence cards, visa, and extensions of related documents for foreign employees. Manage records of foreign workers, including labor contracts, personal files, employment history, and the status of legal documents. Liaise with government authorities such as the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) and the Immigration Department for reporting and compliance matters related to foreign labor - Receive recruitment requests from departments and develop corresponding recruitment plans. - Update and provide legal advice on new labor laws, corporate laws, and investment regulations; review the terms and conditions of business contracts before execution with the Company’s partners. - Coordinate the resolution of labor-related legal issues, labor disputes, and employee relations matters (if any). - Take on the job of training based on company policy, culture,… - Other jobs assign by Supervisor. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Foreign Languages, or other related fields. 2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience working with foreign employees are preferred. 3. Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations concerning foreign workers in Vietnam, and relevant legal procedures. 4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities 5. Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible in performing tasks. 6. English or Chinese, priority given to candidates who speak Chines
