HR Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with regional management team in execution of human resource strategy and annual human resource planning;
  • Optimize/reinforce company policies and procedures to meet local legal requirements and business needs;
  • Coordinate and implement employee lifecycle management including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, reward, career progression and employee offboarding at the site level.
  • Get involved in employee selection to ensure that qualified candidates to be hired to meet position requirements.
  • Resolving Labor relations and dispute at site level.
  • Lead HR projects based on annual HR key initiatives.
  • Be responsible for monthly payroll, SPF, IIT calculation & declaration;
  • Maintain and optimize HR database and ensure its accuracy and timeliness, ensure safekeeping and archiving of personnel files;
  • Organize employee’s health check and occupational hazard check, and deal with work related injury cases;
  • Responsible for administrative management services within the company, such as canteen, dormitory, cleaning, vehicles and employee activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely report to department head and internal customers;
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively cooperate with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams.
  • Familiar with recruitment processes and channels, and have the ability to analyze, develop, build and maintain recruitment channels, and be able to continuously improve recruitment results and achieve recruitment goals through effective analysis;
  • Good communication, organization, coordination and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Hands-on ability;
