KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement HR policies that align with labor laws and company objectives.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations, social insurance policies, and tax laws.
• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
• Lead organizational training and development initiatives, focusing on upskilling the workforce.
• Support external audits and maintain HR data integrity in internal systems.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR management experience, with expertise in payroll, labor laws, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and Visio; SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Chinese (mandatory) and strong English skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
