Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Hung Yen (New setup)
Position Overview: The HR Manager will work with the operations team to align the local office HR activities with corporate goals and strategies, ensuring all HR policies, procedures, and activities adhere to corporate policy and legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Implement company policy and HR regulations based on a strong knowledge of labor law and employment best practices.
- Review and update HR policies/employee manual in line with local labor law and company regulations.
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved legally.
- Work with the relevant local Labor Bureau and other government authorities to ensure legal compliance in Vietnam.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition, positioning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and reference checks.
- Manage employee onboarding procedures, collect employee information, sign labor contracts, and build personal files.
- Handle employee departure procedures in adherence to labor law and company policy.
- Generate reports on people status, open position summaries, and other related reports upon request.
- Manage yearly HR budget, total headcount forecast, salary, and benefit forecast.
- Oversee payroll management to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Deliver employee cost reports timely.
- Handle social insurance, health insurance, and other procedures for employees according to legal regulations.
- Devise an annual welfare policy consistent with the company's business situation and legal regulations.
- Lead quarterly performance and development conversation programs, providing training and explanations as needed.
- Manage employee probation and contract renewal procedures.
- Implement training plans based on training needs, ensuring approved training courses are arranged in line with the plan and under budget control.
- Organize training activities and update training records timely.
- Maintain and select qualified training resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the precision mechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Good English, Chinese speaking is a big plus
