- Planning, coordinating and implementing effective CSR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Ensure all worksites are CSR compliant with Company policies and safety standards, regular CSR audits in the areas of business operations.
- Responsible for the safety and security of the employees and property on the organization's premises.
- Provide supports to the department on the implementation of Company-wide CSR initiatives such as 5/7S, ISO, C-TPAT, ….
- Conduct CSR training and orientation for all new employees.
- Prepare documents, take charge of receiving customers and state agencies to audit the compliance
- Set up annual plan of compliance team based on Law, Group’s standard and Customer’s standard, conduct working periodically, track and improve.
- Building, updating, tracking processes and policies for the company
- Report to Customers and state agencies: working hours, status of Labor Law application at factory or Corrective action plan report, periodic reports
- Implement tasks and control team’s activities related to safety, health and environment (chemical safety, fire safety, workshop safety, strict equipment, …)
- Perform other tasks under the Board of Director.

- University/ Engineering Degree in related field preferred
- Having at least 05 years experienced in HSE, social compliance
- Good English listening, speaking, writing skill
- Strong communication skill and management skill
