Key responsibilities:
- HR Local Management
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support the company’s business goals, culture, and growth plans. Provide HR expertise to senior leadership and departments.
- Lead recruitment efforts for all levels of the organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates and timely filling of vacancies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company. Implement initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Manage and administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for payroll and benefits.
- Oversee performance management systems, including regular performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development programs.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations. Keep updated with changes in labor laws to ensure full compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations, including managing employee records, HR systems, and HR-related documentation.
- Reporting & Group HR Coordination
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior management and Group HR, including headcount, turnover, staff cost and other reports.
- Support the implementation and localization of new HR policies, procedures, and systems issued by Group HR to local country.
- Participate in regional HR projects related to performance management, internal systems, HR digital transformation, and organizational development.
- Ensure that internal HR processes and documentation meet both local regulatory requirements and group-level standards.
- Other tasks
- Oversee the general administration function, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting administrative activities as needed.
- Be responsible for handling C&B for the company's branch in other country, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely as local law.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary HR-related data, documents when required
Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Age: 35-45 years old
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other HR-related tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
