Domestic and international EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Business for various plants and facilities in the Energy, Healthcare/Life Science and Industrial Project

HVAC engineer will be the project leaders and coordinate other design disciplines to delivery high quality development from feasibility study until handover of projects on time and budged

The role will have extensive collaborating across functions, internally and externally including service providers, project managements and sale & marketing department, etc. with the following key responsibility:

• Be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance and repair of heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems for buildings and utility systems for production. Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Heat Engineering & Refrigeration, Plumbing System Engineering, MEP Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience as an HVAC Engineer for buildings
• Have experience in Clean room Project, GMP regulation and/or HACCP requirement is a benefit
• Knowledge of international codes such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC, IPC, NFPA and Vietnamese law and regulations
• Experience in designing Plumbing & Drainage system, Water supply system is an advantage.
• Have problem solving skills related to HVAC systems
• Good at computer and communication skills, CAD software (AutoCAD), BIM (Revit-MEP) is an advantage and a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office such as WORD, EXCEL, POWRPOINT & VISIO
• Design systems for residential, Industrial, Institutional, Hospital, Pharmaceutical, Food production, airport buildings and commercial buildings from conceptual design, basic design, detail design to construction stage.
• Meet directly with clients, work with other engineering disciplines, vendors and subcontractors to design new systems or find solutions for existing system problems and prepare estimates (BOQ).
• Select, evaluate and provide necessary reports, proposals, applications and contracts related to projects
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during engineering and construction including commissioning, validation, etc..
