1. Export-Import Department (1 staff management)
- Assist the Department Head in monitoring the daily export-import activities of the department.
- Search for and manage all forwarders regarding services and ensure service prices remain competitively positioned in the market.
- Report on the status of outgoing and incoming goods, estimate cost prices, services, and provide advice to the Department Head.
- Resolve customs-related issues, ensure timely import and export of goods to customers as required.
- Prepare annual customs reports.
- Update relevant customs legal documents to provide advice to the Department Head and the Board of Directors.
- Supervise and guide the work of export-import staff.
- Provide monthly reports to the Department Head on export-import status and related expenses.
- Create and track orders in the system, communicate with suppliers regarding delivery, quality, and prices (specifically for certain product groups or suppliers to be discussed).
- Assist in working with related departments to address issues related to quality, warehouse receipt, delivery dates, new product development, and payment documentation.
- Regularly update prices and supply situations within the responsible product group.
- Support the purchasing team in various activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
- At least 9 years of working experience in similar positions, 2-3 years in procurement (preferably in FMCG or flexible packaging field)
- Fluent in English
- Working location: Factory in Binh Duong province.
