Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize performance and processes
- Employing Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives
- Prepare and execute workshops on the shopfloor level
- Conduct trainings for all levels of colleagues
- Analysis of current processes and detect improvement potentials
- Integration and communication with HQ
- Other tasks required by manager
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3-year of related experience.
- Deep knowledge about Kaizen- and Lean Philosophy
- In the application of Lean tools: PDCA , 5S, SMED, Poka Yoke , VSM/ VSD.
- Good command in English.
