Job Description:

As the Manager of our Investment Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving market research, project development, and investments within the renewable energy sectors in Vietnam and other Asian countries. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including transaction structuring, comprehensive due diligence (covering business, financial, technical, and regulatory aspects), engaging in commercial negotiations, managing project and financing documentation, and staying attuned to market trends.

Requirements:

• Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills at a professional business level.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, banking, investment, consulting, or research firms.
• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Passion for Renewable Energy: An interest in and a strong desire to attain expertise in the renewable energy industry.
