Work Location: District 10, HCMC
Period: 6 months contract
Working days: 5 days per week, off 2 days per week, based on assignment from supervisor.
Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits:
• Gross salary (range): 14-16M

Job Description:
Work content for IT help desk/ support
• Receive inbound requests through channels like email, Google/Teams chat or any other chat means based on a documented process.
• Logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes:
- Incidents reported by user.
- Alarms raised by monitoring tools.
- Support tracks tickets until successfully resolved.
• Implement basic, documented break-fix tasks along the lines of following a documented process.
• Perform store visit (HCM area) to resolve task issues related to IT as assigned by IT Supervisor & Manager.
• Escalate to UQVN IT team, depending on an unexpected result of a documented process.
• Daily task report to Supervisor.
• Perform related tasks based on supervisor assignment.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major.
• At least 1 year of experience in providing IT support. Experience in MNC is a plus.
• English: conversational level (verbal & written)
• Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.
