IT INFRA & SECURITY ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Infras Management:

+ Manage / monitor / periodically check stability and reliability status of server and network infrastructure

+ Operate & handle requests related to the use of common systems in the company

+ Coordinate with Vendor / HQ / Other teams in system maintenance / upgrade items.

IT Helpdesk Management:

+ Receive/manage/coordinate support requests from users to ensure SLA

+ Manage IT Assets (periodic inventory, Stock status, assets allocation...)

IT Security Management:

+ Periodically monitor/check/report IT Security items.

+ Timely response to arising IT security incidents

+ Risk management

+ Review and revise security policy

+ Prepare corresponding items related to ISO 27001 audit, customer audit and HQ audit.

Other tasks:

+ Manage monthly IT budget/purchase.

+ Interact with other teams and HQ to work on technology requirements, test, integration and validation for new IT project / task.

+ Reporting weekly operations, system status, issues & corrective actions...

+ Follow up to Leader requests

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 years’ experience working as an IT member in FDI manufacturing company

- Stakeholder management & strong IT troubleshooting skills

- Experience with Information management systems and IT Security systems

- Ability to work both as a team-player and independently.

- Self-motivated, team-minded entrepreneurial attitude.

- University Graduation with major related to IT.

- English Intermediate.
