- Control operation quality within the domain, make sure all applications within the domain are supported according to the SLA agreed with business units
- Make sure all incidents and problems related to this domain are solved with minimum impacts on business activities
- Change requests are deployed successfully into production servers without incidents
CÁC HOẠT ĐỘNG CHÍNH/MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
- Managing SLA for list of service, application which provide for managed systems of domains.
- Managing, troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements.
- Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of Application
- Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur and proposing cost-effective solutions
- Work closely with the System Analyst, Dev and Architect Teams to assist in Application related duties
- Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures
- Follow Operation process and other related process within Local Bank
- Supporting team to develop or implement the Application.
- Monitoring, collecting the informations, analysis and purpose improvements on Operation to Manager.
- Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team about capabilities of new technology/systems
- Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Department or project Management (in project scope)

2. Các kiến thức/chuyên môn cần có/ Relevant Knowledge/Expertise
- 3+ Experience with database software/web applications
- 2+ Experience with Banking software (Card Management , Core Banking,…)
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux and of 'relational database management systems' (RDBMS), 'object oriented database management systems' (OODBMS), My SQL, SQL, Oracle Database
- Application Backups and Disaster Recovery
- Good analytical incident and problem solving skills
- Good accurate records keeping
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, where the technology is constantly changing
- Have to observe how activities are being performed step by step, and then find ways to make each process more efficient.
- An interest in the way organizational processes work
- Expected to have a working knowledge of programming skills. Common programs includes: Visual Basic, Java, UML, Business Software Applications, Web-based technologies.
