​*JOB OVERVIEW

Junior Digital Marketing (DM) Executive is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategic and tactical digital marketing plans to increase corporate brand awareness and create marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for business units. You need to ensure DM related tasks are completed on time, in high quality and within budget. You also proactively communicate the projects’ status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc. to the required project expectations.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively initiate and join Lead Gen program – WARWEGA – via creating suitable social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and others) campaigns to attract prospective clients, record MQLs and pass over to Sales team for SQLs

  • Proactively initiate and drive Digital activities of Manpower and ManpowerGroup VN on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to promote company corporate brand and company’s services to target clients, candidates/associates and partners

  • Research and propose Digital campaigns to help company’s fanpages reach the right candidates and associates, in order to increase the talent pool for our business units (PERM, ENT, CON)

  • Research and propose Digital campaigns to help company’s fanpages reach the right clients, to increase the qualified leads for our business units (PERM, ENT, CON)

  • Content support (translation, posts on corporate website, competitor analysis etc.) whenever required

  • Event support (propose ideas, make proposals, organize events, etc. - Career Day, Career Fair, HR workshops with our clients, partners and MOLISA)

  • Other admin and payment tasks

*REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for digital marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR or a related field

  • Knowledge of and experience executing technical on-site optimization

  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Multi-tasks capability

  • Great teamwork

  • Good presentation & negotiation skills

  • Experience & knowledge in HR industry
