Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher (Native English Speaker)

Position Overview:
Our client - a bilingual Mandarin-English Kindergarten is looking for a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who is a native English speaker. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience teaching young learners and a solid foundation in Early Childhood Education. The role involves delivering engaging lessons and creating a nurturing learning environment for children aged 3 to 6.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver age-appropriate English-based lessons that support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development.

• Establish a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

• Work closely with colleagues and staff to ensure a unified and engaging educational approach.

• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in school-wide activities.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker (mandatory)

• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching in a Kindergarten setting (strongly preferred)

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (strongly preferred)

• Prior teaching experience in Vietnam (preferred)

• Strong command of English (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Background in curriculum development (e.g., EYFS, Project-Based Learning)

• Experience with bilingual or English immersion education models

• CPR and First Aid certified
