Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher (Native Mandarin Speaker)

Overview:
Our client - a bilingual Mandarin-English Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher who is a native Mandarin speaker. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of classroom experience with young children and a strong foundation in Early Childhood Education. The teacher will be responsible for leading engaging lessons and cultivating a warm, supportive environment for children aged 3 to 6 years.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver Mandarin-centered lesson plans that support the intellectual, emotional, and social development of young learners.

• Maintain a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming, engaging, and conducive to exploration.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a unified and enriching educational experience.

• Engage in staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Native Mandarin speaker (required)

• A minimum of two years’ experience teaching Kindergarten (strongly preferred)

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (strongly preferred)

• Teaching experience in Vietnam (preferred)

• English proficiency (preferred)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in curriculum design (e.g., EYFS or Project-Based Learning)

• Understanding of bilingual or Mandarin immersion teaching environments

• Certification in CPR and First Aid
