  • Our client – global e-commerce company - is seeking an Labour Management Manager to expand their business in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop recruitment strategies/plans in coordination with the overall staffing needs of the business units and external labor market research. Continuously improve the labor management systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of recruitment efforts;
  • Oversee the management and operation of recruitment channels, strengthen the reservoir of labor reserves, and continually enrich and expand recruitment sources;
  • Establish a framework for managing recruitment costs, strengthening control over budgets and the recruitment process, and accurately producing labor strategies to achieve continuous optimization of recruitment costs;
  • Manage the recruitment team for the regional warehouse, provide business guidance to team members, and continuously enhance the professional abilities and output of the team members;
  • Assist in vendor recruitment, responsible for vendor utilization and process management, and participate in vendor evaluations;
  • Monitor recruitment data, analyze recruitment data to identify and solve various recruitment anomalies, and adjust recruitment strategies in a timely manner according to actual needs to ensure recruitment goals are met;
  • Liaise with relevant government departments on labor management and assist in handling various labor-related incidents (such as human resources and public security issues).
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 7 years or more of relevant large-scale blue-collar labor management experience in logistics/warehousing or manufacturing enterprises, and at least 2 years of team management experience;
  • Chinese and Vietnamese, or English and Vietnamese, can be used as working languages;
  • Possess sharp data analysis skills, capable of statistical analysis of labor-related data and targeted improvements;
  • Ability to independently coordinate large-scale labor recruitment (follow-up and delivery) and experience in crisis event response;
  • Strong business acumen, good negotiation skills, strong analysis and problem-solving abilities, and robust internal and external communication and coordination capabilities, with strong stress resistance.
