Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and impactful products and systems to achieve business goals.

• Manage IT system projects (Cloud/On-Premise), including strategy, planning, and execution.

1. Planning: Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources.

2. Execution: Coordinate activities, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery.

3. Tracking: Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and report to stakeholders.

4. Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

5. Resource Coordination: Optimize cross-functional resources (internal/external).

• Collaborate with engineering managers and teams across platforms and domains.

• Support recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.

• Document deliverables and create clear proposals and presentations.

• Apply strong logical and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies; PMP/CSM/CSPO/PSM certification is a plus.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Teams).

• Experience managing large-scale projects or programs.

• Strong team collaboration awareness; Scrum experience is a plus.

• Logical thinking and sound judgment.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Communicative English is a must; willing to learn or use Chinese and Vietnamese.
