1. Key responsibilities:

• Expand customer bases & network, maintain key customer accounts and lease company’s properties & facilities

2. What distinguishes you:

• 6+ years’ experiences in the industrial real estate sector or agencies (such as CBRE, JLL, Colliers, etc) as the leasing manager. Understand the rental economics and warehouse leasing
• Experiences as a Real Estate Manager for major International 3PL companies with local expertise. Strong understanding industrial real estate, logistics operations
• Experience in major 3rd Party Logistic Company (3PL), or responsible for logistic operation in major Brand Owners or E-Commerce Platform
• Strong network in the logistic industry; Ability to expand company exposure, branding and customer network
• Customer centric and solution provider; Ability to identify customer’s needs & requirements
• Outgoing, proactive, self-motivated, result-driven, great people skill
