​Responsibilities:

·       Preparing shipping documents to declare.

·       Arranging delivery plan with communicating with distributors. (After custom clearance ~ distributors’ warehouse)

·       Sample arrangement & Inventory control

·       Preparing and filing documents such as Purchase orders & Sales orders.

·       Checking and confirming charges from forwarders.

·       Preparing the shipping documents for sales team’s tender submission and delivery.

·       Making logistics cost summarization report.

·       Providing transfer prices registered in SAP and freight cost to sales team when they request.

·       Issuing invoice based on actual delivery.

Requirements:

·       Graduate university, major in economics

·       Around 2-3 years of job experience in the Logistics job

·       Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with SAP

·       Communicable English
