​JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and/ or coordinate issuance of all necessary shipping documents and pass to broker in time; collect proof of delivery and filing.

• Track for domestic and international transportations; manage 3rd party logistic service providers; coordinate with forwarders for all shipping information to ensure timely delivery.

• Liaise with carries/ forwarders in cargo clearance, permit declaration and delivery, for transshipment, import and ensure cargo is clear on time.

• Check and verify documents to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

• Arrange the payment for duty and prepare full set of docs to accounting for vendor payment.

• Archive shipping documents as per audit requirements.

• Analyses and constantly optimizes the organization’s processes to enhance performance.

• Establishes, monitors, updates, and benchmarks metrics, and derives and proposes measures to improve. Preform data entry, general admin or any ad-hoc duties/ task assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

• A degree in logistics/ supply chain, engineering, or business management.

• Previous experience of 3 years in similar functions.

• Must have strong Import/ Export and Customs experience.

• Knowledge in SAP.

• Experience in the Renewable Energy sector will be highly valued.

• High level of spoken and written English.

• Communication skills and stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization.

• A strong mind-set of continuous improvement with an analytical and hand-on approach. A person with the ability to work in a team and for objectives, communication skills and the ability to adapt to changes is required.
