​(1)BROAD SCOPE:

-Import/Export/ Billing job for external customers

(2)ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Directly contact with customers and contact with carrier, other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking, customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking report to customers.

-Key in shipment’s information on Cello system and doing other assign job related to system.

-Make debit note to customers for customs clearance or settlement

-Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)

-Report to managers when requested.

(3)REQUIREMENTS:

(a)EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

-University graduated.

-Good English speaking and writing
