Responsibilities:

• Develop, and implement automation solutions for process control, instrumentation, and monitoring systems. Collaborate with process engineers and operations teams to ensure automation solutions meet technical requirements and operational objectives.

• Specify instrumentation equipment and coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers. Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for instrumentation and control systems to ensure reliability and uptime. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of instrumentation equipment to address issues and minimize downtime.

• Design and implement safety instrumented systems (SIS) to mitigate process hazards and protect personnel, equipment, and the environment. Perform safety integrity level (SIL) assessments, reliability calculations, and verification activities to ensure functional safety compliance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Automation/ Electronic/ Engineering or equivalent

· 3-6 years working in instrument and automation system in operation phase in chemical, plastics, fertilizer, thermal, refinery

· Familiar with DCS, PLC SIS system

· Strong at maintenance and improvement equipment

· Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skill

· High English proficiency

· Experience in Project management

· Having experience in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas is advantage

· Highly competent/aptitude in related international code & standard and technical specification.
