Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance the SAP data to ensure it meets the required standards, remains up-to-date, and is effective.
2. Monitor and improve the process work the data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
3. Manage and continuously improve the SAP to support ongoing departmental operations.
4. Analyze and synthesize data to create reports and recommendations for supervisors and departments.
5. Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
6. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
7. Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
8. (Standard clause for Staff level) Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
9. (Standard clause for All) Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
10. (Standard clause for All) Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a related field. (Technical Services Engineer _SAP)
Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Oil and Gas Equipment, or Automation.
Proficient in Power BI, SAP, ERP System Management, and Microsoft Office, particularly within the Production/Maintenance department.
Interested in working on systems for the maintenance department.
