1/ Job responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machines according to the production schedule.

• Inspect, maintain equipment, and record data in systems (SAP, OPPA, E-smart).

• Monitor product quality, material consumption, and contractor activities during shifts.

• Prepare shift reports and handle abnormalities.

• Comply with safety regulations, 5S standards, and participate in improvement activities.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

3/ Experience / Required Skills:

• Graduated from college in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields

• At least 6 months of experience as an operator, maintenance technician, or production technician in manufacturing

• Basic English communication skills

• Logical thinking, strong teamwork, and communication skills

• Positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
