​Working time: Monday – Friday

1/ Responsibility:

1. Coordinate with relevant parties (Sale, Carrier) for planning the truck demand

2. Perform Loading plan and Transfer plan

3. Perform and execute the delivery order, transfer order in the SAP, LXP system & execute special order

4. Perform truck allocation for all models (Domestic, Export, Transfer)

5. Perform truck inspection, driver training, toolbox meeting

6. Control on-time truck inbound & outbound

7. Control on-time delivery

8. Investigate Accident & Abnormality case and submit report with CA/PA to improve

2/ Qualification:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Logistics & Supply Chain or related field).

Working Experience: 0 – 2 years and prefer experience in the Logistics field.

Skills requirement:

Proficient in English communication

Proficient with standard software e.g. MS Office, SAP
