1/ Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Carriers) to plan truck demand efficiently.
Develop loading plans and transfer plans for timely execution.
Perform and execute delivery orders, transfer orders in the SAP LVD system, and handle special order shipments.
Allocate trucks for all modes (Domestic, Export, Transfer) in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Conduct truck inspections, driver training, and lead toolbox meetings.
Monitor and control on-time truck inbound and outbound deliveries.
Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries to internal and external customers.
Investigate accidents and abnormalities; prepare and submit CAPA reports for process improvement.
2/ Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or related field.
Experience:
6 months - 4 years of experience in the logistics or transportation field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Preference for candidates with logistics-related internship or work experience.
Other Requirements:
Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
Competent in MS Office and SAP or other relevant logistics software.
