Job Description:

What you will do: 

1. Sales Team (Telemarketing) Management: Set key performance indicators for evaluation. Implement Sales & Marketing strategies. 

2. Training and Development: Set training goals. Implement training and development programs. Monitor results. 

3. Support Company Distributor Acquisition Program: Find and manage key distributors in assigned areas to develop distributors and expand market reach. 

4. Supporting Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks assigned to support business operations.

Where you will be: 

1. Future Branch Office Manager: Develop into the role of a branch office manager. 

2. Regional Business Development: Support regional business development to achieve sales targets. 

3. Performance Monitoring: Ensure team performance aligns with operational goals. 

Job Requirement:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above (Proof of high academic achievement required). 

2. Work Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience. Preferred Experience: Sales & Marketing, Training & Development experience is a PLUS! 

3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills in English or Mandarin. Must be able to communicate effectively in an English-speaking work environment. 

4. Willingness to Relocate: Willing to undergo at least six months of training in Taiwan. 

5. Attention to Detail: Ability to differentiate between colors.
