Main responsibility

• Perform/lead resolution of DFA(Design for Assembly) issues, overseeing NPI builds, help define WI and train operators, drives root cause analysis of problems found during assembly and test.

Requirement
Knowledge & Skill: 

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment 
• Strong communication skill 
• Ability to build a high performing team

Experience Level:

• 10 Years / University or more,  Engineering background 
• Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment is desired.
• EMS company experience plus

Language Skills: English Must, Vietnamese and Korean and/or Chinese advantage
