Summary/Objective: The Planner’s role is to plan, manage, monitor, and follow up on delivery schedules and expedites. Roadmap transfer and work center hours balancing.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Review and scheduling Large Order Expedites, coordinate with Purchasing based on material requirements.
• Coordinate with customer service and work center on pull in/push-out requests. • Coordinate with Order Management and work center to prioritize P1/ DPAS orders.
• Customer forecast and capacity review.
• Monitor and follow up on delivery schedule.
• Review and monitor work center, expedite/email follow up to ensure orders ship on time, review past due /due order/ STCAP report.
• Engage with internal departments on resolving issues to minimize impact and ship orders on time.
• Work with material planners to expedite needed material and achieve customer requirements.
• Review production capacity identifies hot spots, risk to capacity and actions to minimize the risk.
• Roadmap / ASPs / product transfer execution, hours balancing between plants and work center. • Coordinate with internal team on New ASPs capability review.
• Review and monitor JB overall run ahead%, OTD% performance.

Required Experience:
• 5 years in related / similar position will be an added advantage
• Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / related technical or equivalent experience
