Responsibilities:
1. KRA 1: Map Development (60%)
Develop or modify Trading Partner and/or Client Maps. Label Templates, Packing Slips, and Electronic Label Plug-ins per Client and Client Trading Partner requirements where applicable in the organization
Participate in the refinement and documentation of internal mapping related processes
Examine Trading Partner/Client specification modifications to assess impact to current Trading Partner/Client maps, labels, packing slips
Coordinate QC/QA process of new and modified Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips where applicable
Define and implement projects related to standardization, organization and process development as they relate to mapping development and maintenance
2. KRA 2: Technology Management (20%)
· Develop tokens and define their usage for Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips where applicable
· Develop standards for building Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips to ensure functionality and consistency where applicable
· Assist Sales Engineer in assessing specific transaction integrations against Trading Partner/Client maps and the customer’s ERP system
· Develop and maintain mapping templates to ensure consistency, quality and currency
· Provide input to a QC Specialists to establish and maintain a QA process for Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips where applicable
3. KRA 3: Professional Services Department Support(10%)
· Develop and conduct ongoing training for employees requiring Trading Partner/Client maps, labels and packing slips knowledge
· Support PSD with EDI Standards, Trading Partner/Client feedback, labels and advanced troubleshooting
· Execute on other assignments as directed.
4. KRA 4: Sales Support (10%)
· Assist the Sales Team with information gathering regarding Trading Partners/ERPs to close deals
· Provide mock transaction maps when needed to support the sales process
· Communicate with Sales on an as needed basis to changes with Trading Partners that may require additional sales or “swaps”
Requirements:
· Fresher – 2 years client services, business to business, computer support/service
· with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Internet Applications
· Programming knowledge preferred
