- Develop and implement overarching brand strategies for affiliated artists, the corporate brand, and major projects (Concerts, Brand Collaborations, Space Jam, etc.).
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies across diverse platforms and formats: Digital, Social, PR, Events, OOH, Influencer/KOLs, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging.
- Build and operate the MarCom Team as an in-house agency model, ensuring specialization, high performance, and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Artist Management, Business Development, etc.) and external partners to effectively execute communication campaigns.
- Manage budget, KPIs, timelines, and quality for all MarCom activities.
- Oversee risk management and handle communication crises.
- Build and maintain media relations.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at an entertainment company, music company, or marketing agency. Experience working at an international entertainment company is a significant advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to effectively and creatively execute IMC campaigns.
- Established media network.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, decision-making, and team coordination skills.
- Proficient in English.
