​Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Products, this position will manage the product advertising campaigns, branding, corporate events, and other marketing programs to build and maintain the company’s image in Vietnam for new and existing customers. This position will also leverage the retail and corporate customer segments of BIDV. This position also coordinates internal communication to make sure employees are connected and get informed of all happenings in the company and in MetLife global.

Core Responsibilities:

·       Work with external vendors for Branding and Advertising to ensure that they perform as expected; manage all activities within budget set by the company.

·       Develop and manage product launch marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and associated marketing programs with partners

·       Develop brochures and supporting materials for new products and promotions

·       Manage digital activities for the company including corporate facebook fanpage and corporate zalo page.

·       Work as brand custodian to ensure that all usage of corporate logo and branding meets brand guidelines.

Requirements:

·       Graduate Degree in business administration/ marketing

·       Fluent in English and Vietnamese

·       Experience in Branding & Marketing

·       Good understanding of Vietnam media practices

·       High teamwork spirit and good coordination among other functions in the companies

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a tight timeline
