RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation & Management
Develop, write, and edit compelling content for a variety of digital channels including the website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, internal communications, and product launches.
Localize global content to suit the Vietnam market, ensuring consistency with brand tone, messaging, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with product and medical teams to craft customer-focused narratives, press releases, infographics, videos, and other marketing materials.
2. Communication & Event Support
Execute communication initiatives aligned with the annual communication strategy.
Drive internal communication efforts to support employee engagement and information flow.
Contribute to the development of publications, articles, and press materials.
Coordinate communications for webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.
Liaise with regional and global communications teams to ensure message alignment and effective localization.
Oversee relationships with external vendors, media partners, and service providers as needed.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and enhance the Company’s digital presence across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and the corporate website.
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) in line with business objectives and performance KPIs.
Create and manage engaging digital content in support of brand and product communications.
Monitor online engagement, participate in relevant conversations, and gather insights to inform strategy.
Track, analyze, and report on digital performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation—preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential.
