​RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop, write, and edit compelling content for a variety of digital channels including the website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, internal communications, and product launches.

  • Localize global content to suit the Vietnam market, ensuring consistency with brand tone, messaging, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with product and medical teams to craft customer-focused narratives, press releases, infographics, videos, and other marketing materials.

2. Communication & Event Support

  • Execute communication initiatives aligned with the annual communication strategy.

  • Drive internal communication efforts to support employee engagement and information flow.

  • Contribute to the development of publications, articles, and press materials.

  • Coordinate communications for webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Liaise with regional and global communications teams to ensure message alignment and effective localization.

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, media partners, and service providers as needed.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and enhance the Company’s digital presence across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and the corporate website.

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) in line with business objectives and performance KPIs.

  • Create and manage engaging digital content in support of brand and product communications.

  • Monitor online engagement, participate in relevant conversations, and gather insights to inform strategy.

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation—preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO best practices.

  • Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential.
