RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call and invite partners and media to attend the pre-show and exhibition

• Support for content and PR

• Follow up with Sales Team to check SAP items and adapt on social media

• Assist in Admin Marketing

• Check typos and content for printing materials and onsite activities

• Support the Digital Marketing Team for checking design, typo, and timeline

• Assist with media and record team for images, video clips and podcast production onsite and pre-event

REQUIREMENTS

• Can work 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday

• Good communication

• Proficiency in office computer

• Have basic knowledge of marketing
