Responsibilities:
- Timely feedback confirmation date or best delivery date for new launched projects
- Actively track and re-schedule orders, managing backlog orders continuously
- Continuously checking availability and shortages for planned production orders; indicate in early stage which items are potentially delaying planning and mitigate risks with related functions.
- In close cooperation with the operation manager, determine needs for OT if re-planning is not possible anymore to ensure delivery on commitment.
- Monitor progress of order fulfillment process, identify possible risks and impact in material planning when change occurs and communicate to Program Managers in early stage.
- Taking lead to confirm re-scheduling requirement. Close cooperation with sales team and take in-time action during ramp up/down situation.
- Confirm and track PRP/MRP purchase and production orders for timely availability to start on time.
- Drive administration maintenance in Baan: Transfers, Rescheduling, Cancellations, Folder and Project closing, etc.
- Monitor logistics static and dynamic parameters. i.e. order policy, batch size, etc.
- Drive and find material flow improvement opportunities.
- Support on ECO execution for order/inventory adjustment.
- Develop appropriate monitoring tools or processes to improve planning performance.
- Fulfill the requirements for any related work assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years EPE factory material and production planning is a must
- Minimum 5 years working experience in multinational company EPE factory or equipment manufacturing EPE factory will be an advantage
- Experience in EPE factory material planning policy and procedure development will an advantage
