Manage the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) section during the design stage and tender stage of projects:
- Manage and monitor all authorized activities related to the MEP section, such as Infrastructure Connection Agreement, Power Connection Agreement, Fire Fighting Design Appraisal, Telecommunication & IBS Agreement.
- Support MEP Site team and the Operations department with MEP design issues, testing, and commissioning if requested.
Lead the operation of the MEP section:
- Propose yearly working plans and arrangements for the MEP section to the management board.
- Amend MEP document stations, such as design guidelines, construction guidelines, and lessons learned.
- Study and update new techniques, brands, design trends, and propose suitable ones for projects.
- Training for new MEP engineers on design and tender management work.
- Chair the MEP weekly meeting to help MEP site engineers resolve their site issues and update lessons learned accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- English: Specialized in construction (good communication skills)
- Office Informatics: Good
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Engineering or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP management roles at a main contractor, design consultant or QS consultant
- Involved in at least 2 projects of high-rise buildings or complex buildings (condominiums, offices, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, townhouses, etc.)
