REQUIREMENTS:

• Check the MEP quantity and MEP unit rate, manage and update the MEP cost database. 
• Prepare the MEP bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawings and specifications. 
• Set up the MEP cost, budget, and scope of work for the project. 
• Prepare tender documents for the contractor package (MEP section). 
• Prepare tender reports and make recommendations on the contract award (if any). 
• Could be assigned to work at the site depending on the situation. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MEP engineering or MEP QS engineering 
• At least 5 years of experience in MEP QS at a large-scale Contractor, Client, or Design Office 
• Knowledgeable about MEP design 
• English: Specialized in construction (good communication skills)
