Position:                             NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (SOLAR ENERGY) – based in HCMC

Working Place:                  District 12, HCMC

  1. PURPOSE
To lead and drive the sales strategy for the Energy Business Unit (Solar Power and UPS), achieving revenue and market share growth while ensuring customer satisfaction, team development, and alignment with the company's overall business objectives. 
  • Lead the sales team to dominate the market in revenue, market share, and brand visibility for Solar and UPS products.  
  • Develop and implement a multichannel sales strategy (offline and online) to expand the partner network and effectively reach target customers.  
  • Leverage digital technologies and automation to enhance sales management, operations, and growth. 
  1. RESPONSIBILITY:
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:  
  • Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
  1. Revenue and Market Growth 
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share through effective sales and channel management. 
  • Build, manage, and maintain a sustainable partner network (distributors, contractors, installers). 
  1. Team Management and Development: 
  • Oversee and develop the nationwide sales team, track performance through OKRs, and motivate them to meet strategic goals. 
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture and ensure the team delivers exceptional results. 
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration and Alignment: 
  • Work closely with Product marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure exceptional product quality and customer service. 
  • Coordinate with the Head of Hanoi Branch to align sales strategies and local market execution. 
  • Ensure smooth implementation of projects, from pre-sales to after-sales support. 
  1. Performance Tracking and Reporting: 
  • Monitor and report on sales performance through OKRs, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in sales strategies. 
  • Optimize operations with technology tools like CRM, DMS, and AI to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in energy-related fields such as Solar Power, UPS, or similar technical products. 
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, expanding market share, and managing large-scale sales teams. 
Skills and Competencies: 
  • Proven ability to recruit, lead, build, and develop a high-performing sales team. 
  • In-depth understanding of the solar power and UPS market, as well as the partner ecosystem in Vietnam. 
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute comprehensive business strategies. 
  • Proficient in CRM, DMS, and leveraging AI and digital technologies to optimize both online and offline sales operations. 
  • Fluent in English for communication, negotiation, and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building capabilities. 
  • Flexible and highly responsive to changes in the business environment. 
  • Creative mindset with a readiness to experiment with new strategies. 
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and commit to achieving sales targets.
