- To ensure and maintain quality, production, safety training to follow ISO procedures.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the manufacturing.
- Maintain and improve all processes
- Supports design and development projects
- Lead, make job assignments and propose manpower allocation to match with production demand and high productivity
- Checking, assessing and reporting monthly to BOD
- To deal with accidents or disputes arising at the factory and promptly take steps to prevent the damage to the plant
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial management or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years working experience as Operation Director or similar positions in manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Fluent English
