Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operation of the Vietnam R&D branch and communication with the Korean headquarters.
- HR management and workflow standardization
- Corporate accounting and financial management
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Identifying and resolving operational issues, and implementing improvement plans
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Korean expat residing in Vietnam
- 7+ years of experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Willingness to work long-term in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Experience with local labor laws and tax regulations
- No restrictions on overseas travel
- Proficient in Vietnamese language is a plus point
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at an overseas branch of a Korean headquarters
- Experience in technology-intensive industries such as electronics, IT, or semiconductors
- Strong execution skills, with the ability to make persuasive proposals based on evidence and drive implementation
