Position: PE Senior Engineer
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing
Working Time: Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee product assembly, delivery, cost, efficiency, and quality promotion.
- Lead the development of process documents, review processes, and product improvement efforts.
- Drive product process development and assist in equipment development under ME guidance.
- Conduct testing and trials for new development projects, providing technical support.
- Deliver online training for initial mass production product batches and address any abnormal issues.
- Provide essential technical support to various departments, ensure KPI targets are met, and regularly report progress to management. Additionally, complete tasks assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or above, more than 3 years relevant working experience in mechanical, mechatronics or related majors.
- Proficient in manufacturing technology, processing technology and product manufacturing process development and
management process. - Have the ability to independently complete the whole set of product NPI manufacturing process development, proficient
in PFMEA, anti-stay control, process improvement, quality anomaly analysis, labor hour cost analysis and other skills - High sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
- English proficiency CET4 or above, with certain English reading and writing skills, excellent oral English is preferred.
- Excellent quality and cost awareness.
- Proficient in using Office software.
- Chinese proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing
