Position Summary:
The PM Staff will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure project goals are met and continuous improvement is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to define project requirements and resolve any technical issues.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project timelines and responsibilities among team members.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in manufacturing processes.
  • Mentor and train project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management for projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
