Job Overview:
This role oversees the Order management, Purchasing, Production Planning and Warehouse & Logistics of the company’s door closer development and operations team. The mission is to support the global and regional teams within industry based on technologically advanced global platforms sourced from low-cost factories and supply chains.

Responsibility:

Leading PMC team including Order management, Purchasing and Production planning, Warehouse and Logistics to satisfy internal customer’ requirements.

Builds, develops and manages Team members/leaders capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations.

Leads the PMC team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Support Management to achieve set objectives (OTDC, OTDS, Inventory and Freight optimization, Sales target)

Close communication with Management to identify improvement areas and define best solutions.

Controls, improves and ensures optimum internal and external customer satisfaction.

Overall accountability for end-to-end supply chain including customer interface.

Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost and operation efficiency.

Closely work with global sourcing team / R&D / Finance team through strategy, profitability maximization, and the maximization of customer satisfaction.

Works with production and related team to determine and set up intercompany transfers.

Works directly with sales entity to satisfy customer demand for finished goods transportation to customers.

Support New projects with related internal/external team to launch on time.

Setup and properly utilize the ERP system.

Ensures compliance with Company standards for cost control, quality, safety, environmental
responsibility, inventory management, waste reduction.

Ensures compliance with all regulations, including those related to waste treatment and overall environmental responsibility, employee safety.

Comply with Code of Conduct and Company employment policies/guidelines.

Other responsibilities which may require by Plant Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum University degree level in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.

More than 15 years’ work experience in global manufacturing company.

Experience working in a multicultural team and in an international environment.

Experience working with external/internal customers in end-to-end supply chain.

Solid knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (production leveling, flow, 5S, visual management).

Excellent people management skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.

Experience in ERP system, preferred AX.

Strong analytical and business mind.

Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English, and/or Korean and/or Chinese advantage.

Solid PC skills including proficiency in MS Office applications.
