POSITION PURPOSE
The Full Stack Power BI Developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using the Power BI platform. They will work on both the front-end and back-end of BI solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies to create seamless data pipelines, robust data models, impactful reports, dynamic dashboards, and interactive applications. This position is responsible for developing and updating BI reports as well as communicating actionable insights to improve corporate decision-making. They should be able to manage data, evaluate its results, and display them strategically by using visualization tools, DAX queries, charts, and relationships. This will allow an organization to prosper. They necessitate extensive understanding of modeling, databases, data warehousing, data integration, and technical elements of business intelligence technologies. You should also be able to read and evaluate product, market, and share trends. You should also have a strong technical understanding of business trends. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities are required. It’s a holistic approach that allows them to quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.

JOB ESPECIFICATIONS
•Analyze and document business processes and Develop solutions by working with business analysts and/or users to perform technical analysis options, and estimates.
•Meet requirements with Unit Test and UAT Test
•Work collaboratively with Seattle IT teams (Systems Engineer, DBA, QA, etc.) to build, test, deploy, and maintain PowerBI Tools.
•Respond to incidents and events with methodical approaches to assess and troubleshoot all types of production (performance, access, accuracy, etc.).
•Reliably subdivide large tasks into appropriately sized work-in-progress periods, provide accurate estimates of those work packages, summarize the work into a trustworthy schedule, and monitor the work through completion.
•Formulate automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
•Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
•Should be familiar with SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX are just a few of the tools and systems on the MS SQL Server BI Stack.
•Exhibit a foundational understanding of database concepts such relational database architecture, multidimensional database design, and more
•Design data models that transform raw data into insightful knowledge by understanding business requirements in the context of BI.
•Design and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, then maintaining and updating them to meet evolving data sources and business needs.
•Develop technical specifications for business needs and choose a deadline for work completion.
•Make charts and data documentation that includes descriptions of the techniques, parameters, models, and relationships.
•Developing Power BI desktop to create dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports.
•Establish row-level security on data and comprehend Power BI's application security layer models.
•Examine, comprehend, and study business needs as they relate to business intelligence.
•Design and map data models to transform raw data into insightful information.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor ‘s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or related field.
•Have 4+ years’ experience in Business Intelligent
•Database and data warehousing concepts.
•Experience in Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS components of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stackม Azure cloud (Azure Synapse, Databrick)
•Well-versed with data warehousing and BI development life cycle.
•Strong SQL knowledge and working experience in SQL
•Server, Oracle, etc. Data modeling and semantic model design knowledge.
•BI tools knowledge like Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, Tableau (optional), etc.
•Power BI external tool knowledge: DAX studio, ALM toolkit, Tabular editor, etc.
•Orchestration tools: Power Automate, UC4 (optional)
•Programming knowledge like Power-shell, shell scripting (optional), etc.
•General idea of how Microsoft products work: SSMS, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, etc.
