Major areas of responsibility:
- Control general group: Procurement chemical, packing material, stationary, furniture, fixed asset ….
- Control job progress of general section staffs
- Follow delivery performance from all suppliers, control capacity from key supplier.
- Report cost, delivery performance and received quantity by month to upper management side
- Analyze cost matter and find out way to reduce cost.
- Check and analyze information in PO/ survey price sheet before passing to upper side
- Encourage staffs to do with their best
- Issue working procedure, manual for implementation job in general section
- Issue trining documents, revise training documents to be flexible with the demand of work, train new comers
- Manage manpower of section to ensure that section has just enough manpower to complete all task of section/ Always review job load of each staff to ensure there is no overload or unfulfilled capacity of staff.

Requirements:
- University graduate
- At least 3 year experience working in the same position in manufacturing company.
- Good leadership skill
- Natural aptitude to establish good relationships, negotiation skill and good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work under high pressure environment
- Reliable, honesty
- Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English.
