JOB SUMMARY:

As Procurement manager, you will:

• Manage procurement budget, sourcing strategy and Procure to Pay process
• Manage and evaluate saving MRO project – centralize purchasing project
• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and pharma policies for purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, goods and services
• Acquire goods and services of the highest quality at the lowest cost
• Lead procurement activities to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery

• Lead procurement strategy, budget management and process optimization
• Lead supplier negotiation for quality, cost, payment term and innovation
• Monitor supplier relationship and performance for optimal business operations performance
• Review and negotiate with external vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms
• Perform risk assessment on supply contract and single source
• Working closely with various departments and stakeholders to operate effectively, ensure procurement needs are met
• Manage and motivate team to achieve organization objectives
• Analyzing procurement data, spend analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards and laws
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the supply chain, leveraging technology to streamline operations.
• Implement supply chain management systems to enhance visibility, traceability, and data accuracy
• Inventory management
