JOB SUMMARY:
As Procurement manager, you will:
- Manage procurement budget, sourcing strategy and Procure to Pay process
- Manage and evaluate saving MRO project – centralize purchasing project
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and pharma policies for purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, goods and services
- Acquire goods and services of the highest quality at the lowest cost
- Lead procurement activities to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery
- Lead procurement strategy, budget management and process optimization
- Lead supplier negotiation for quality, cost, payment term and innovation
- Monitor supplier relationship and performance for optimal business operations performance
- Review and negotiate with external vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms
- Perform risk assessment on supply contract and single source
- Working closely with various departments and stakeholders to operate effectively, ensure procurement needs are met
- Manage and motivate team to achieve organization objectives
- Analyzing procurement data, spend analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards and laws
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the supply chain, leveraging technology to streamline operations.
