- Our client — a leading company in e-commerce — is seeking a Procurement Manager/Senior Procurement Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, focusing on overseeing sourcing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services to support business operations.
- Demand analysis & Procurement plan formulation: Responsible for clarifying framework requirements, communicating with the demand department to clarify purchasing needs, defining requirements and product standards, conducting rationality analysis based on requirements and resources, and formulating the optimal procurement plan;
- Procurement strategy formulation: Formulate procurement strategies based on category management strategies, including vendor long and short lists, bidding rules, post-bid negotiation rules, share allocation and adjustment rules, etc.; collaborate to complete key project bidding to maximize project benefits;
- Procurement execution and delivery: Issue purchase orders, handle accounting and payments, price adjustments, track order progress, ensure products are delivered on time according to SLA, timely monitor and identify risks in the delivery process, and coordinate to resolve various delivery issues;
- Supplier development and performance management: Inventory supplier resources and develop plans, complete the full process of matching in-house suppliers, sourcing external suppliers, investigating, and granting admission; manage supplier performance, including assessment, application of results, and improvement assistance, to enhance supplier delivery capacity and the survival rate of new suppliers;
- Cost analysis: Complete category cost analysis, compare and analyze bidding/price comparison results, and provide rational explanations, while consolidating cost data;
- Contract management: Complete contract signing and disclosure according to project procurement strategy rules, ensuring timely contract execution; manage prices based on contract compliance;
- Special projects: Complete special tasks in the procurement delivery module based on department objectives, such as standardization iteration, achieving procurement cost reduction targets, and improving procurement efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-7 years of procurement work experience;
- Familiarity with categories such as engineering, warehouse materials, hardware MRO, packaging consumables, administrative services, and office supplies, with corresponding professional knowledge preferred;
- Strong learning ability and problem analysis/solving skills, able to withstand high work pressure, with strong self-motivation;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, efficient execution, with accountability for delivery results;
